ART REQUIREMENTS: Don’t Freak Out, You Can Do It!
Bleed: all files must have a 1/8″ bleed on each side (ex: for 2″x3.5″, files must be 2.25″x3.75″)
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8″ inside the trim
FILE FORMATS: PDF, EPS, TIFF, PSD, JPEG COLOR MODE: All Files to be saved as CMYK for full-color printing.
FONTS: Convert all fonts to outlines if possible. RESOLUTION: At least 300 dpi for TIFF, PSD and JPEG files.
Please DO NOT send us WORD, EXCEL or PUBLISHER files.
They are not acceptable artwork formats and will surly cause us massive painful headaches.
How To Submit Your Artwork
Artwork or Logos can be uploaded on check out page. If more than 1 file you can combine into a zip file and upload or email files to info@MyCitiBiz.Me. Or simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.
If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Customer Care Representative who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order. Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our Customer Care team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details!
If You Need Artwork
We will attach a Artwork Detail List to your confirmation email. Just send us your ideas, requirements, art and logo and we will get started on your design. We will not print any order until you are completely satisfied and give proof approval.
